Scoopers On Doody – Terms of Service
Service Overview
By registering with Scoopers On Doody, you agree to the following terms and conditions of service. These terms are intended to ensure clarity, consistency, and high-quality service.
Access & Pet Safety
As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe and unobstructed access to your yard.
- If we are unable to clean due to locked/blocked gates or aggressive pets, the visit will still be charged and rescheduled as a double cleanup on the next visit.
- Please ensure that gates are unlocked or access codes are provided, and that any unfriendly or aggressive pets are secured indoors during the scheduled visit.
- We assume no liability for damage to gates, yards, landscaping, or pets.
Service Conditions
Waste may be missed during cleanups if grass is too tall, there is heavy debris, or the yard is densely wooded. We will notify you if grass height prevents effective service and return after the issue is addressed.
If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a period (vacation, illness, etc.), and you wish to pause service to avoid unnecessary charges, please notify us in advance.
Cleanups on rock or gravel surfaces may require additional effort to ensure proper waste removal. A small upcharge will apply for these surfaces and will be reflected in your billing.
Inclement Weather & Missed Visits
In the event of hazardous weather conditions, service may be postponed for safety.
- Missed visits due to inclement weather will be made up the following day when possible, or during the next scheduled visit with a double cleanup.
- We continue to charge during weather-related delays as waste still accumulates.
Billing & Payment
Services are prepaid every 4 weeks, with the billing cycle restarting the Monday following your last service.
- Payments are collected securely via Sweep & Go at signup and billed automatically every 4 weeks thereafter.
- If your initial fee is waived as part of a promotion, an extra charge may apply if the first cleanup is more labor-intensive than usual. We’ll notify you before charging.
- Pricing and promotions are subject to change. We will notify clients at least 2 weeks in advance of any rate or policy changes.
Cancellation & Refunds
Either party may cancel service at any time by contacting us directly.
- Prepaid service fees are not refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, we will complete the remaining cleanups for the paid period.
- If services are resumed after cancellation, an initial cleanup fee may apply based on yard condition.
Holiday Schedule
Scoopers On Doody does not operate on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day. Services scheduled on these days will be skipped and resumed the following week without refunds.
Agreement
By initiating service, both parties acknowledge and agree to these terms and responsibilities.
